Change is not easy, and for most transportation companies change can be the biggest hurdle to overcome within their organization. We will help guide you through that change with a structured implementation process that provides you and your staff the needed sense of control throughout the implementation process. An Implementation Managers will work with your company to see that you receive the satisfaction our customers have come to expect.

Once you become a partner, a ROADVision Implementation Manager will work with you to schedule your go ‘Live’ date.

The following steps outline a typical implementation process we can provide for customers.

Phase 1: ROADVision receives a signed licensing and software agreement with the deposit.

Phase 2: Your Implementation Manager works with you to plan a mutually convenient go ‘Live’ date.

Phase 3: Hardware specifications are confirmed, data required for conversion are collected, and arrangements are made for installation of ROADVision.

Phase 4: Your staff members attend ROADVision University where they will be immersed in the key core components and modules they will be utilizing. Training can take place by scheduled webinars or by traveling to ROADVision Headquarters.

Phase 5: After attending ROADVision University your staff will continue to practice using ROADVision, sharing their knowledge with the rest of your staff while your company data is converted.

Phase 6: At the conclusion of your data conversation your company will go "Live", meeting your calendared date with confidence. Go ‘Live’ Manager(s) can be onsite during your go ‘Live’ to assist you and your staff throughout the transition if needed.

Phase 7: Once your company is ‘live’, your Implementation Manager will assist you remotely, as needed, and transition you to our knowledgably staff in customer service.
